Terms of Service
Effective October 31, 2026 · Version 2026-10-31.v1
1. Your agreement and the operator
These Terms govern your use of this FieldReady training portal, which is operated by the training facility identified on this page (the “Facility”). FieldReady is the portal name. ChatGPT sign-in and Sites hosting are separate platform services governed by their own applicable terms.
By checking the policy boxes and selecting “Accept invitation & continue” or “Accept & continue,” you agree to these Terms. Training access requires an invitation activated with the invited email account; receiving or opening a link alone does not activate access. If you do not agree, do not activate or use training; the public course catalog, policy pages and exact certificate verification remain available.
2. Awareness training and employer responsibilities
The lessons and assessments provide online workplace-safety awareness education. They do not replace an employer’s hazard assessment, written procedures, site- and equipment-specific instruction, access to a competent or qualified trainer, practical evaluation, supervision or work authorization. Do not perform work that you are not trained and authorized to perform.
Course completion does not establish OSHA compliance or make a person a qualified electrical worker, authorized machine servicer, competent ladder trainer, tower climber or emergency responder. The Facility does not issue an OSHA Outreach card, professional license, CEUs or credentials from the reference training providers through these courses. Follow current federal, state and local requirements and your employer’s procedures. For emergencies, use your site emergency plan and emergency services.
3. Your account and acceptable use
Use your own invited sign-in and accurate identity. Invitation links are email-bound, expire after seven days unless already redeemed, and may be revoked before redemption. Existing activated learners can sign in again with the same account. Do not forward invitation links as a way to grant other people access. Do not share accounts, complete another person’s training, obtain answers through impersonation, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape learner records or use another person’s certificate as your own. Administrators must have authority to add learner information and must inform those learners of this Privacy Policy.
Use another student’s verification information only for legitimate training-record verification. Do not republish or distribute that information without proper authority. The Facility may restrict or deactivate accounts to protect records and investigate misuse.
4. Assessments and certificate rules
A certificate is generated only after the saved lesson requirements are complete and the server records a passing assessment score. The current pass threshold is 80%; this is a course policy, not a universal OSHA pass requirement. Retakes are available. Estimated lesson length is not a claim about credit hours or measured attendance time.
Certificates are personal and non-transferable. They document the named student’s historical online completion and score, not present competence, employment eligibility or authorization. The QR code and certificate number provide public access to the exact matching completion record without sign-in. Public verification exposes the name and completion details described in the Privacy Policy, but provides no student directory. Verification confirms the stored record, not the integrity of every paper or PDF copy. Altered or fabricated copies are invalid. Report identity or record errors to the Facility.
Annual training dates appear where provided by the course’s applicable guidance. Other courses use event-based retraining guidance. A missing fixed expiration does not mean training remains sufficient indefinitely. New hazards, changed work or skill gaps may require earlier retraining. A sample preview is not a completion record. Existing certificate names and facility details are historical snapshots; later profile edits do not rewrite them.
5. Availability, warranties and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the portal and its general educational material are provided “as is” and “as available.” The Facility does not promise uninterrupted operation, that the material covers every workplace hazard, or that completing a course prevents injury or satisfies every regulatory or employer requirement. Use the material with appropriate professional and workplace judgment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Facility is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits or business interruption arising from use of, or inability to use, the portal. These limits apply only where legally permitted and do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any injury, obligation or right that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms waives statutory workplace-safety duties, employment rights or other non-waivable rights.
6. Content, changes and contact
The Facility permits authorized users to use the lessons for their training and keep their own completion documents. Provider names and source links identify references; they do not imply endorsement, accreditation, affiliation or permission to copy those providers’ materials or signatures.
The Facility may update the portal and these policies. A new policy version requires a new acceptance before further training or account use; prior acceptances remain recorded. Contact the Facility using the details on this page for questions, certificate errors or access issues.
